dProduce Man Software does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission. We only provide the information to our trusted partners who work on behalf of dProduceman Software having completed a confidentiality agreement with us. These companies do not have any independent right to share this information. There are circumstances where sharing information is mandatory to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, possible fraud, potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law. We will transfer information about our clients if dProduceman Software is acquired by or merged with another company. dProduceman Software will notify its clientelle before any information about them is transferred.
